Step 2: prepare the cottage cheese.


We spread the cottage cheese in a medium bowl and, using the fork, carefully grind. This must be done so that large pieces of cheese are not caught in the casserole and it turns out to be uniform in consistency.

Step 3: prepare the eggs.


Using a knife, break the eggshell, and pour the yolks with squirrels into a small bowl. Using a hand whisk, thoroughly beat the components until a homogeneous yellow mass is formed.

Step 4: prepare the curd dough for the casserole.


Pour the beaten eggs into a bowl with grated cottage cheese and using a fork, beat everything thoroughly again. When the butter becomes room temperature, put it in a common container and add milk and sugar here. Again, mix everything well with improvised inventory until smooth. At the end, pour semolina into a bowl.

Having mixed the mixture with a tablespoon, beat the mass with a blender at medium speed.

We should get a beautiful homogeneous curd dough without lumps. Now wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. This must be done in order for the semolina to swell. So the casserole will turn out magnificent and very tasty.

Step 5: prepare a children's cottage cheese casserole.


Lubricate the bottom and walls of the baking dish with a small piece of butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Now we take out the curd dough from the refrigerator, free it from the cling film and transfer it to a deep container. Using a tablespoon, level the surface of the dish and then turn on the oven. As soon as it warms up to temperature 160-180 ° C, put the form on a medium level and bake for 30-40 minutes. After the allotted time, the surface of the casserole should be covered with a soft golden crust, and the baking itself should become dense. Immediately after that, turn off the oven, and take out the container with kitchen tacks and set it aside.

Step 6: serve the cottage cheese casserole.


When the casserole has cooled slightly, use a knife to cut it in slices and spread on a flat plate.

Serve at the dessert or dining table with tea or coffee. By the way, you can pour such pastries with sour cream or various sweet sauces, as well as jam. It turns out very tasty and healthy!
