Ham Fettuccine Ingredients

Cooking fettuccine with ham:

Step 1: Cook the fettuccine pasta.


In order to cook a delicious pasta, you first need to properly boil pasta. To do this is not as difficult as it might seem at first glance. To start, fill the saucepan with water, about halfway. Step 2: Prepare the ham.

Melt approximately in a pan 1/3 part whole butter and fry the ham in it until you get a delicious golden crust. Then, use a slotted spoon to remove the pieces of meat and continue further cooking in the same bowl.

Step 3: Cook the creamy sauce.


Melt the rest of the butter, adding fat cream, wheat flour, salt to taste, as well as ground black pepper and garlic powder. Shuffle everything as it should. Now, directly in a creamy sauce in a pan, rub the Parmesan cheese. If you are not confident in your abilities and are afraid that the sauce may burn, it is better to grind the cheese in advance. Cook the resulting mass over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk until all the cheese has melted, then immediately proceed to the next cooking step.

Step 4: Cook the pasta.


Now return the toasted ham to the pan, adding it to the creamy sauce. Stir with a whisk.

After the ham, add the boiled pasta. Stir the pasta again properly, but with tongs, and then simmer over low heat for a little less than one minute.

Remove the prepared paste from the heat and cover. Give her about five minutes to let it cool and soak, after which you can immediately proceed to serving the dishes on the table.

Step 5: Serve ham fettuccine pasta.


Serve the prepared fettuccine pasta with ham hot immediately after cooking, preventing it from cooling down too much. You can add it with fresh herbs and onions, as well as additionally sprinkle with cheese or canned green peas. Use pasta as a standalone dish, or as a side dish.
