Cooking cakes in a pan:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Now put one of the balls of dough on the prepared and sprinkled with flour surface. Roll it up with a rolling pin until the ball turns into a thin pancake, taking the thickness and shape suitable for your cakes.

Repeat the same with the rest of the balls from the dough. For convenience, stack raw billets on top of each other, crushing flour between layers.

Step 3: fry the tortillas in a pan.

On high heat, heat the pan without oil. At a distance of 7-10 centimeters from the pan, palm up, if you feel intense heat, then turn down the heat and begin to fry the cakes. Lay them out one at a time. If you are confident in your abilities, then use immediately not one, but two pans, this will work twice as fast, but you will also need to be careful twice as well.
Fry each cake in a dry pan. 30-40 seconds on each side, in other words, to a crispy crust. Then put the finished product on a flat dish, allowing them to cool slightly. Across 5-10 minutes your cakes will be ready and you will be able to present them at home, serving food on the table.
