Cooking cheesecakes in a slow cooker:

Step 1: Knead the dough.

Put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl, mash it with a fork, adding sugar and an egg. Stir everything until relatively homogeneous. Gradually pour flour to the curd and egg mass with sugar, sifting through a fine strainer. Knead the dough properly, breaking all the lumps.

Step 2: Form the Cheesecakes.

From the dough, pinch small pieces and form them first into balls, and then flatten slightly on both sides. Pour the flour into a dry flat plate and roll the cheesecakes into it.

Step 3: Fry the cheesecakes.

Select in multicooker mode "Bakery products", and immediately set the timer to 20 minutes. Put butter on the bottom of the appliance and wait until it completely melts and spreads. After carefully lay the cheesecakes in a slow cooker and close the lid. Fry 5-8 minutes, then open the lid and turn the cheesecakes with a spatula to the other side. Toast yet 5-8 minutes, then remove them, let cool slightly, so as not to burn yourself with food and serve!

Step 4: Serve the cheesecakes.

Ready cheesecakes serve the floor in honey, sour cream or your favorite jam. You can also sprinkle them with powdered sugar or finely chopped fresh berries. You can serve this dish for breakfast, or as a hearty dessert.
Enjoy your meal!
