Then shake the whisk in a small bowl with sour cream and mayonnaise, apply half of this mixture to the bird, transfer it to a deep bowl and pickle. The duration and method of insisting depends on your desire, you can from 30 minutes to 2 hours at room temperature or 6-7 or 12 hours in the refrigerator.

Step 2: prepare the vegetables.


After the required time, in my case after 1 hour, turn on and preheat the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius. Then, using a clean knife, peel the vegetables indicated in the recipe. We thoroughly rinse them under water, dry them with paper kitchen towels, put them on a cutting board and continue preparation. We chop the potatoes with rings, slices, slices or cut each fruit into 4-8 parts, the main thing is that the thickness of the piece is average, something between 2-3 centimeters.
Chop onion rings, half rings, straws, or the same as the previous vegetable. We shift the slices into a clean deep bowl, season to taste with salt, black pepper and the remaining marinade from sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix everything with a tablespoon to a homogeneous consistency and proceed to the next step.

Step 3: put the ingredients in a sleeve.


We cut off the necessary piece about 50 centimeters long from the baking sleeve with kitchen scissors, spread it on the countertop and tie it on one side with a special clip that comes with it in the kit. Then we stir in the middle of a kind of package pickled chicken back down. Carefully spread the cut breast to the sides and spread the vegetables seasoned with a sour cream-mayonnaise mixture. We close the sleeve on the second side with another clamp, leaving no cracks, turn it over and send it to the non-stick baking sheet so that the chicken is on the potato, now during cooking it will be soaked in bird fat and it will turn out very tasty.
