Cooking watermelon slice salad with chicken:

Step 1: prepare the chicken fillet.

We thoroughly wash the chicken fillet under running warm water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat of veins, films and fat.

Now put the component in a medium saucepan and fill it with ordinary cool water so that it completely covers the chicken. We put the container on a big fire and wait for the liquid to begin to boil. Attention: to speed up the process, you can cover the pan with a lid. Closer to boiling, foam will begin to form on the surface of the water. Be sure to remove it with a slotted spoon and throw it into the sink.
Next, reduce the heat and cook the meat until cooked for 35-45 minutes (depending on its size). After the allotted time, we check the chicken for softness. To do this, you can use the edge of a knife. We pierce the flesh and look: if the chicken is tender enough and breaks into pieces, then you need to quickly turn off the burner, so as not to digest it. If it’s still harsh, then it’s worth extending the time yet for 5-7 minutes.

Now we shift the meat with a slotted spoon to a cutting board and let it cool to a warm state. Then, with a knife, cut the chicken fillet into medium pieces and pour into a clean plate. Add a little salt and black pepper and mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon.

Step 2: prepare the dill.

We wash the dill under running water, shake off excess fluid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and immediately pour it into a free plate.

Step 3: prepare bell peppers.

Rinse the bell pepper under running warm water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the vegetables from the tails and seeds. Now, in turn, cut the green and red peppers into small cubes and pour them into two free plates.

Step 4: prepare the tomato.

We wash the tomato well under running water and put it on a cutting board. With a knife, remove the place to which the tail was attached. Now finely chop the vegetable into cubes and carefully move it into a clean plate.

Step 5: prepare the eggs.

We lay the eggs in a small saucepan, fill them completely with ordinary cool water and put on medium heat. When the liquid boils, slightly reduce the heat and boil the components for 10 minutes hard boiled.
After the allotted time has passed, turn off the burner, and put the pan using kitchen tacks in the sink under a stream of cold running water. The eggs should be completely cooled so that it is convenient to remove the shells from them.

Next, lay the peeled components on a cutting board and, using a knife, very finely chop the pieces. Pour the crushed eggs into a free plate.

Step 6: prepare the onions.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running water. Now put the component on a cutting board and grind it into cubes. Important: the smaller we chop the onion, the juicier the meat will be, since we will combine these components of the salad. At the end, pour the crushed component into a clean plate and go on to the testament to the cooking process.

Step 7: Prepare Hard Cheese

Using a medium grater, grind hard cheese directly on a flat surface. Immediately after this, pour the chips into a clean plate and leave them aside for a while.

Step 8: prepare the olives.

We place the pitted olives on a cutting board and finely chop into slices with a knife or cut into small slices so that from the side they look like watermelon seeds. Next, pour the component into a clean saucer.

Step 9: prepare the salad.

On a flat large serving plate with the first layer, lay out the chopped chicken fillet so that from the side it looks like a slice of watermelon (crescent). Now apply mayonnaise mesh over the meat and immediately sprinkle everything with chopped onions. Again, grease everything with the sauce and spread the third layer - crushed eggs. We cover the components with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
In the end, you need to arrange the salad in appearance as a watermelon slice. To do this, pour the chopped green pepper with chopped dill into a deep bowl and with the help of a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Spread this mixture on the outer edge of the "crescent". Pour the chopped tomato with chopped red pepper into another bowl and mix everything thoroughly with improvised equipment. We spread the mixture inside the "watermelon slice" and decorate it with chopped olives. Everything, the salad is ready!

Step 10: serve the salad.

In the same way, we serve the Watermelon Slice salad to the dining table and only after that we cut it with a knife into portioned slices. Since such a dish is quite substantial, they can be treated to friends and family as the main meal for lunch or dinner. Also, the salad is ideal for a festive table, because it is not only delicious, but also very beautiful.
