A kitchen knife - 2-3 pieces, a cutting board - 2-3 pieces, paper kitchen towels, a tablespoon - 2 pieces, a bowl - 4 pieces, a stewpan, skimmer, stove, grater, frying pan, kitchen shovel, colander, salad bowl or portion plate.

Preparation of salad "Little Red Riding Hood with tomatoes":

Step 1: prepare the mushrooms and onions.

To begin with, using a sharp kitchen knife, peel the onions, and remove the roots of each mushroom. We wash these products under cold running water, dry them with paper kitchen towels, put them on a cutting board and grind them. Champignons are shredded in layers up to 5 millimeters in size, and the onion is in small cubes or straws up to 1 centimeter thick.

Step 2: fry the onion with mushrooms.

Then we put the pan on medium heat and pour a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. After a few minutes, dip the chopped onion in hot fat and pass until soft for 2-3 minutes. Then add to it slices of mushrooms and cook them together 15 minutesstirring constantly with a wooden kitchen spatula. First, the champignons will start the juice and stew, but after about 10-12 minutes begin to fry, covered with a golden crust. As soon as they are browned, we transfer the resulting mixture of mushrooms, as well as onions into a small clean dish and put near the ajar window, let it cool down to room temperature.

Step 3: prepare and cook chicken eggs.

At the same time as mushrooms, we prepare raw chicken eggs. We wash them with a soft kitchen sponge from any kind of contamination, then send them to a small saucepan, pour 2-3 fingers higher in purified water and put on medium heat. Add a couple of tablespoons of salt there, 9% vinegar and, after boiling, cook hard-boiled eggs 10-11 minutes.

Once ready, helping ourselves with a slotted spoon, transfer the chicken product into a bowl of ice water and completely cool.

Step 4: prepare the boiled eggs.

The cooled eggs are peeled, washed again, but this time from splinters, and dried with paper kitchen towels. After that, cut them into small cubes or chop on a coarse grater.

Step 5: prepare the ham.

Then we remove the food or artificial shell from the ham and chop it with straws, thin slices or squares up to 1 centimeter in size.

Step 6: prepare hard cheese.

We remove the paraffin crust from the hard cheese and also grind this milk product on a grater, but this time on medium or small, directly into a separate clean dish.

Step 7: prepare the tomatoes.

Lastly, we prepare the tomatoes, wash them, dry them, put them on a cutting board and cut them into slices or small pieces 1 cm thick. Move them into a colander and leave them in the sink on 4-5 minutesto stack extra juice.

Step 8: form a salad "Little Red Riding Hood with tomatoes."

Now we begin to form a dish. This is done very simply, in a deep salad bowl, alternately lay out the layers of ham, mushrooms, chicken eggs, cheese, and each of them is greased to taste with mayonnaise.

From above, patterned or in an artistic mess, we distribute pieces of tomatoes and serve the resulting miracle to the table.

Salad "Little Red Riding Hood with tomatoes" is served immediately after cooking, because there is nothing to soak. It is served in dishes specially designed for this purpose or in portions on plates as an appetizer before the second main hot dishes. If desired, before putting the food on the table, the edge of the salad can be decorated with finely chopped greens of dill, parsley or cilantro, and this food does not need any other additions, unless in a good company that will help to evaluate the aroma and rich taste of this culinary masterpiece. Recipe Tips:

- an alternative to champignons - raw mushrooms of any edible kind, but do not forget that they are processed and prepared differently, and ham - smoked sausage or any boiled meat;

- very often I add a couple more layers of boiled potatoes, which comes after the ham, and fresh finely chopped green onions on top of the mushrooms to the salad. In this case, to prevent the dish from turning out to be a freshish potato, you should lightly salt it, and leave the prepared salad in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for soaking;

- some hostesses use canned sterilized, not pickled mushrooms, but before that they are lightly fried in a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan, it is also possible to do with blanched frozen.
