Cake "Mashenka"

Ingredients for making Mashenka cake

For the test

Heat-resistant baking sheet, oven, blender, mixer, knife for cutting bread, a pair of deep bowls, a large flat dish, a tablespoon, a wooden skewer, a strainer.

Cooking Mashenka Cake:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

In a deep bowl, mix eggs, sour cream and condensed milk. Sifting through a strainer, gradually add flour, and after soda. Mix the dough until smooth without lumps.
It should have turned out pretty dough. Divide it into two equal parts. Leave one half alone and knead the other with cocoa.

Step 2: Bake the cakes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and pour one half of the dough into it. Put in the oven and bake 25-30 minutes. Check the preparedness of the cake with a wooden skewer: if there is raw dough on the skewer when piercing, you need to continue cooking.
After the first cake is ready, bake the second one in the same way.

Step 3: Prepare the cream.

While baking cakes, you can make a cream. To do this, using a mixer, soften and whip the butter. Then pour the condensed milk into the oil with a thin stream, not ceasing to knead. Whip the cream to a lush and stable mass.

Step 4: Prepare the nuts.

Grind the nut mixture in a blender.

Step 5: collect the cake.

Each cake, after they have cooled, cut into two parts, if you got them with a "hat", then cut it and chop together with nuts.
Choose any half of the cake to start with. Put it on a large flat dish and brush on top with cream. Fold cakes on top of each other, spreading them between each other with cooked cream. When the cake is formed, coat it with cream from all the thorns and generously sprinkle with a mixture of nuts and slices of cakes.
The finished cake needs to be infused in the refrigerator 1.5 - 2 hours. Only then can it be served.

Step 6: Serve the cake.

Serve chilled cake "Mashenka", presenting it on a large and flat dish. Cut it starting from the middle and lay the cut portions on saucers. Offer flavored tea, coffee or cocoa to the cake.
