Cooking potatoes with minced meat in the oven:

Step 1: Prepare the onion.


Peel the onion and rinse under cold water. Divide it in half, then turn the knife horizontally and make several cuts along the fibers, only then cut across the bulbs. Thus, slicing the onion will be easier and it will not slip out of your hands.

Step 2: Prepare the minced meat.


Stuff the minced meat in a large plate, add onions, salt and pepper to taste, as well as a little dried or fresh herbs. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3: Prepare the potatoes.

Rinse the potatoes with a special brush, so you clean all dirt and adhering ground. Then cut each root crop into two equal parts and using a teaspoon remove the core, making a potato like a boat.

Step 4: Prepare the cheese.


Grind the cheese with a medium grater.

Step 5: Bake the potatoes.


We spread the resulting potato boats into pieces of foil. Stuffing stuffed in the recesses inside the potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Wrap in foil.
Preheat the oven to 180 - 200 degrees, put the stuffed potatoes in foil on a heat-resistant baking sheet and send to bake on 50 minutes. After this time, remove the potatoes from the oven and let cool 10-15 minutes, unfold the foil and serve.

Step 6: Serve the potatoes with minced meat.


Serve potatoes on the table without foil, as a rule, no additional side dish is needed, you can simply add sauce or sour cream. Sauerkraut or pickled cabbage is also suitable for stuffed potatoes.

- If you have enough time left, then before cooking, you can bake potatoes to get the core later it was easier. In this case, you can make mashed potato from the pulp pulled out and add it to the minced meat.
