Step 1: prepare the chicken eggs.
We lay the eggs in a small pan and fill with ordinary cold water so that it completely covers the component. Then we put the container on medium heat and wait for its contents to boil. Immediately after this we turn off the fire and cook hard-boiled eggs for 10 minutes. After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and use the kitchen tacking pot to rearrange the pan into the sink under a stream of cold water. We need our components to cool completely so that they can be easily removed from the shell. Attention: after that, it is advisable to rinse the eggs again under running water in order to wash away, possibly, the remaining fragments.
Now we lay out the components on a cutting board and, using a kitchen knife, grind into cubes. We finely chopped eggs in a clean plate and leave them aside for a while.
Step 2: prepare the processed cheese.
Usually processed cheese is sold in small square packs. 125-150 grams each. From the calculation of the ingredients indicated in the recipe, we need two of these. Each package is cleaned of protective foil and put the cheese on a cutting board.
Using an average grater, grind the components directly on a flat surface. Next, pour the cheese chips into a clean plate and proceed to the preparation of the next ingredient.
Step 3: prepare the dill.
For the preparation of tartlets, it is not necessary to use dill and add it to the filling. This is actually a matter of taste. For example, I do it differently. It happens that I pour greens into the cheese mass, and sometimes, I just decorate appetizer with dill branches. For those who prefer the first option, we rinse the component under running water. Now shake the greens from excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the dill and immediately pour it into a free saucer.
Step 4: prepare the fish.
Trout or salmon fillet (for this recipe no difference) put on a cutting board and cut into thin strips with a knife. The length and width of the piece should be approximately 3-4 centimeters. We shred the chopped fish on a clean plate and leave it alone for a while.
Step 5: prepare the appetizer in tartlets with cheese.
Put ingredients such as crushed eggs, cheese chips and mayonnaise to taste in a deep bowl for the mixer (I usually add 3-4 tablespoons) Using a blender, beat everything at high speed until a uniform, dense mass is formed.
Immediately after that, pour the mixture into a small bowl and pour finely chopped dill here, if desired. Mix the ingredients again with a tablespoon until smooth. Now we try the cheese mass to taste and, if necessary, add a little salt.
Using a teaspoon, spread dense salt mass into each tartlet, and decorate the appetizer with salmon plates on top. Now we place the finished dish on a tray or a flat plate and serve to the dining table.
Step 6: serve the appetizer in tartlets with cheese.
