Preparation of salad "Mimosa with apple":

Step 1: prepare and cook carrots with potatoes.


The recipe for this delicious salad is as old as the world, and even a beginner who is just starting to practice cooking will cope with it. First, with a soft kitchen sponge, wash the potatoes with carrots. We transfer these ingredients to the pan, pour them with clean cold water 2-3 fingers higher and put on medium heat. After boiling the liquid, cook the vegetables 15-25 minutes, duration may vary depending on size and variety. When they are ready, using a slotted spoon, we move the potatoes and carrots into a small clean dish and completely cool them near the ajar window.

Step 2: prepare and cook the eggs.


At the same time, we wash the chicken eggs in the same way, but gently, send them to a small saucepan, fill them with water, so that their level is several centimeters higher than this product, and put on the adjacent burner, turned on to medium heat. Then add a couple of tablespoons of vinegar and rock salt. As soon as the liquid begins to boil, we note the time and cook hard-boiled chicken eggs 10-11 minutes. Then, using the same slotted spoon, we transfer them to a bowl of ice water and allow to cool to room temperature.

Step 3: prepare the onions.


While not basic, but important boiled foods are cooling, we are engaged in other ingredients. We put on a medium heat a kettle with approximately 130-150 milliliters of water and bring it to a boil. Then, using a sharp kitchen knife, peel the onion, rinse it, put it on a cutting board and chop it into small cubes, straws in half rings or quarters with a thickness not exceeding 3-4 millimeters. We shift the slices of this vegetable into a small bowl, add 100 milliliters of vinegar there and after a few minutes pour them with boiling water from the teapot. Sustain the onion in the resulting mixture 20 minutes. Then we recline in a colander and leave there until use, so that the glass is excess liquid.

Step 4: prepare saury.


Next, using the key for canned food, open a jar of saury. Carefully drain the oil from it and transfer to a small bowl or a deep plate. We remove small bones from the fish and knead its meat with a table fork to the state of gruel.

Step 5: prepare the boiled eggs.


Then we peel the cooled, boiled eggs, wash them, dry them, separate the proteins from the yolks and rub them in turn on a large fine or medium grater in separate clean bowls.

Step 6: prepare boiled potatoes and carrots.


After that, remove the skin from the cooled potatoes and carrots and grind them as well as the previous ingredients, that is, chicken eggs, but in different bowls.

In this case, it is better to use a large or medium grater.

Step 7: prepare the apple.


Now we wash the apple, wipe it with a paper towel, using a new knife, cut it into 2 equal parts, remove the core with stones from them, as well as the tail and gently cut off a layer of dense skin from the fruit of the tonic. Then we rub its pulp on a coarse grater into a separate container, put the rest of the necessary products on the countertop and proceed to the next step.

Step 8: bring the Mimosa with Apple salad to full readiness.


We take a large flat dish or a deep salad bowl and lay the prepared products there in layers. So, first we distribute the layer of fish and grease it with mayonnaise.

Further protein - mayonnaise.

Then carrots - salt - mayonnaise.

Onions - mayonnaise.

Apple - mayonnaise and potatoes - salt - mayonnaise. Then we sprinkle the formed product with a grated egg yolk, tighten the salad with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for soaking, and then you can taste it!

Step 9: serve the Mimosa with Apple Salad.


Mimosa Salad with Apple is served chilled. Before serving, it is decorated with sprigs of fresh herbs, dill, parsley, cilantro or figuratively sliced ​​fresh vegetables. This yummy is divided into portions very carefully, with a special knife, more like a kitchen spatula, it helps preserve the layered structure of the dish.
