Fresh Green Pea Salad Ingredients

  1. Fresh green peas 450 grams

Inventory:

Salad bowl or deep plate, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon, colander, small saucepan.

Making a salad of fresh green peas:

Step 1: Prepare the peas.


Peel fresh green peas, remove from pods, put in a colander and rinse with warm running water. Leave for a while to allow excess water to glass.

Step 2: Prepare the radish.


Rinse the radishes as well, wiping them well with a soft sponge to wash away dirt and earth. Cut off the tops and roots. You do not need to peel the skin, just chop the radishes with medium cubes.

Step 3: Prepare the pepper.


Wash the red sweet pepper, cut in half. After making small cuts around the stem, remove the seed core. Rinse again and crumble into small pieces.

Step 4: Prepare the onion.


Red onion should also be peeled, remove the root and crumble into small cubes, dipped in cold water with a knife.

Step 5: Prepare the dill.


Wash the dill, shake, to get rid of excess moisture, thick thick cut stems, and finely crush the tops.

Step 6: Prepare the eggs.


Pour water into a small saucepan and lay eggs, bring to a boil, then reduce and cook more 10-12 minutes. Cool hard-boiled eggs, for this, pour hot water from the pan and place it on 2-3 minutes under a cold stream. Once the eggs have cooled, peel them and chop them into small pieces.

Step 7: Mix the salad.


Mix all the ingredients in a deep plate, add salt and pepper to taste. Season with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly to evenly distribute all seasonings. You can serve!

Step 8: serve the salad.


Serve the finished salad of fresh peas chilled, in a large salad bowl or spread out in portions. At the festive table it can be offered between the main dishes. Garnish it with fresh herbs.

Recipe Tips:

- You can use frozen green peas, but before cooking, you must definitely defrost it.

- Also, mayonnaise for this salad can be mixed with a small amount of lemon juice.

- Garlic salt is just as good with this salad as a seasoning.
