Ingredients for making baby omelet in a slow cooker

Cooking a baby omelet in a slow cooker:

Step 1: prepare the egg-milk mass for the omelet.


Using a kitchen knife, break the eggshell, and pour the yolk and protein into a deep bowl for the mixer. Pour milk here and pour a pinch of salt. Attention: if desired, a little sugar can also be added to the container if the child loves sweet food. Now, using the mixer, beat the ingredients at medium speed until a lush, homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 2: prepare a baby omelet in a slow cooker.


A baby omelet is so easy to prepare that if your baby loves such food, you can cook it at least every day. So, grease the bottom and walls of the pan for a multicooker with a piece of butter and pour the egg and milk mass here. Pour a small amount of ordinary cold water into the multicooker bowl, install a container with an omelet in the appliance and turn it on pair mode. Then close the lid of the multicooker and cook the dish for 7 minutes.

After the allotted time, turn off the appliance from the network and, using a wooden spatula, carefully (so as not to break) wrap the omelet so that we get a crescent moon. Now we shift the dish from the pan to a flat serving plate and we hasten to treat the baby until it has cooled down.

Step 3: serve the baby omelet in the multicooker.


Our baby omelet is ready, so we invite the baby to the dining table and treat, if desired, along with boiled sausage and fresh cucumber. By the way, the dish is so tasty and delicate that adults are happy to eat it. Knowing this, you can prepare a triple portion of omelet in advance and treat the whole family.

- For the preparation of baby omelettes, it is best to use proven homemade eggs, which in any case must be thoroughly washed under running warm water before use;

- before serving, you can also sprinkle the dish with a small amount of finely chopped parsley;
