Ingredients for making a salad with champignons and ham

Cooking a salad with champignons and ham:
Step 1: prepare the eggs.
We lay the eggs in a medium pan and fill with ordinary cold water so that it completely covers the component. We put the container on a big fire and wait for the liquid to boil. Immediately after this we turn off the heat and cook the eggs for 10 minutes hard boiled.
After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and use the kitchen tacking pot to rearrange the pan into the sink under a stream of cold water. Let the components cool to room temperature. Immediately after that, clean our hands from their shells with clean hands and put them on a cutting board.
Using a knife, finely chop the eggs into cubes and pour into a clean plate.
Step 2: prepare the carrots.
Rinse the carrots thoroughly under running warm water and put in a free pan. Fill the component with ordinary liquid from the tap so that it completely covers it, and put on a large fire. To make the water boil faster, cover the container with a lid. Then slightly reduce the heat and cook the carrots for 20-30 minutes to softness. Attention: vegetable readiness can be checked with a fork. If it easily enters the carrots, then you can turn off the burner. If not, then it’s worthwhile to extend the cooking time for 2-7 minutes.
Then put the vegetable on a cutting board and let cool to a warm state. Using a knife, peel the carrots from the skins and then chop into small cubes. Pour the crushed component into a free plate.
Step 3: prepare smoked and boiled ham.
We spread the ham on a cutting board and clean it with a knife from a protective artificial film or natural peel. Then cut the meat into thin slices no more than 5 millimeters. Grind each piece with cubes or small squares and transfer to a clean plate.
Step 4: prepare the pickled champignons.
Using a can opener, open a can of pickled champignons. The contents of the container are transferred to a colander and temporarily set aside so that excess liquid from the glass mushrooms.
Then we move the components to a cutting board and chop into small pieces. Pour the crushed champignons into a clean plate.
Step 5: prepare hard cheese.
Using a coarse grater, grind hard cheese directly on a flat surface. Then pour the chips into a free plate and leave them aside for a while.
Step 6: prepare a salad with champignons and ham.
In a medium bowl, lay out ingredients such as crushed eggs, carrots, ham, champignons, as well as cheese chips. We add salt and mayonnaise here to taste. Using a tablespoon, mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed. In the end, you can taste the salad and, if necessary, add a little more salt. Now we shift the dish to a special plate and are in a hurry to treat friends.
Step 7: serve a salad with champignons and ham.
A ready-made salad with champignons and ham can be served immediately at the dining table without pre-cooling it. If desired, the dish can be decorated with finely chopped parsley, a sprig of dill or cut flowers from circles of pickled cucumbers or boiled carrots.
- Such a salad can be served in portions in the form of small washers to the festive table. To do this, you can use a special metal ring or a regular plastic two-liter bottle. In the latter case, you need to cut out the top and bottom of the bottle, center the middle of the container in the center of the plate and ram the salad into it. Be sure to level the surface of the dish and, if desired, put vegetable decorations on it;
- instead of champignons, you can add pickled chanterelles, honey mushrooms, butter or oyster mushrooms to the salad;
- For a more expressive aroma and taste, you can add finely chopped small onion to the dish.
