Ingredients for Cooking Witch's Fingers Cookies
- Almonds, peeled 30 pcs.
- Flour 300 g.
- Butter 110 g
- Egg 1 pc.
- Orange liquor 15 ml.
- Powdered Sugar 100 gr.
- Baking powder 1.5 tsp
- Large pinch of sea salt.

Cooking Witch's Fingers cookies:
In a bowl, beat with a mixer the softened butter, icing sugar, egg and liquor.
Add baking powder, salt and part of the flour, mix.
Pour the rest of the flour a hundred and quickly knead a smooth dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
Wrap the dough in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Make a sausage from the dough, divide it into 30 equal parts.
From each piece we form a thin finger, with the back of the knife we make a drawing, we insert almonds at one end of the finger.
Put your fingers on parchment, paint your nails with any red jam.
Send your fingers to bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Remove parchment with fingers from the baking sheet, leave to cool.
