Smoked Chicken and Mushroom Salad Ingredients

Cooking smoked chicken and mushroom salad:
Step 1: mushrooms and onions.
This salad will exceed all your expectations and take its rightful place on an everyday or holiday table. First, with a sharp kitchen knife, peel the onions and peel the root of each mushroom. Then we wash these ingredients under trickles of cold running water, dry them with paper kitchen towels, put them on a cutting board and grind them. We chop the onion in cubes or half rings with a thickness of 5 to 7 millimeters.
Champignons shred in layers or slices up to 5 millimeters thick and immediately proceed to the next step.
Step 2: fry the onion with mushrooms.
We put the pan on medium heat and pour a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. After a few minutes, we send the chopped onion into the preheated fat. Fry it for 2-3 minutes until transparent, periodically stirring with a wooden kitchen spatula.
As soon as it softens slightly, add slices of champignons there. Stew all together 12-15 minutes, during which the mushrooms start the juice and only after it has completely evaporated, they begin to brown. When the vegetable mixture is ready, remove it from the stove and put it near the ajar window to cool.
Step 3: prepare smoked chicken.
In the meantime, remove the skin from the smoked breast, you can eat it or dispose of it, put the meat on a new cutting board and use a clean knife to cut into straws, cubes, pieces of any shape up to 1-1.5 centimeters thick, or just take it apart into fibers.
Step 4: prepare pickled cucumbers.
Next, using a canned wrench, open a jar of pickled cucumbers. We catch 2-3 pieces of fragrant beauties from it, dry them with paper towels, send them to a separate board and chop the pickled vegetables with the knife to chop the same ingredient as the previous one, either with rings or half rings, the main thing is that the thickness of the pieces is not small, approximately from 4 to 5 millimeters.
Step 5: bring the salad to full readiness.
So we came to the almost final stage of preparation. Now we take a deep bowl, put in it slices of smoked chicken, pickled cucumbers and fried, already managed to cool mushrooms with onions.
Season everything to taste with salt, black pepper, mayonnaise and mix with a tablespoon to a homogeneous consistency. Then we tighten the bowl with the salad with plastic wrap or cover and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and after that you can taste the dish.
Step 6: serve a salad with smoked chicken and mushrooms.
Salad with smoked chicken and mushrooms after cooking, insist in a cool place to soak well. Then they are served chilled in a dish specially designed for this purpose, for example, a salad bowl or in portions on plates. If desired, before this, it is decorated with sprigs of fresh herbs, dill, parsley, cilantro, olives, olives or canned corn. It is mainly served on the festive table as a snack before the first or second main dishes, but also this yummy can be a great rich breakfast, a great addition to lunch or dinner.

- It is not necessary to put black pepper and salt, since chicken breast with cucumbers has already been pre-processed and seasoned with these spices, but if you, like me, like more spicy dishes, then you can add them;
- some hostesses fry only mushrooms, and finely chopped onions are pickled in a mixture of 9% vinegar and cold purified water in a ratio of 1: 1. After that, the vegetable is thrown into a colander so that the glass is excess liquid, and added in almost raw form to the salad.
