Meanwhile, we wash the peeled salmon fillet, dry it with paper kitchen towels, cut into small cubes the size of a cutting board from 2 to 2.5 centimeters and send them to a shallow dish.

Step 2: prepare the vegetables.


Next, using a new knife, peel the onions and garlic and rinse them with tomatoes under trickles of cold water. Then we dry the vegetables, put them on a clean board in turn and continue the preparation. Chop the onions in medium cubes 1 centimeter in size, and let the garlic pass through a press or chop finely.

On a tomato, make a small cross-shaped incision from the side of the stem, lower it into a deep bowl and pour boiling water from the kettle. After 30-40 seconds with the help of a slotted spoon we transfer it to the dishes with ice water and completely cool. Then we remove the skin from its surface, divide the fruit into 2 equal halves, and remove the seeds with juice from them with a teaspoon.

Cut the flesh into small pieces up to 1 centimeter in size, although it can be larger or smaller, as you like.

Step 3: prepare the rest of the ingredients.


Then we put on a strong fire a pan with three liters of purified water, grind a piece of Parmesan cheese on a fine grater, put the remaining ingredients on the countertop, which will be needed to prepare the dish, and proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Cooking Fettuccine Pasta


After the water in the pan begins to boil violently, season it with salt, a tablespoon of olive oil and lower the pasta there. Cook it after boiling the liquid again 10-13 minutesstirring occasionally with a wooden kitchen spatula.

Now we send the cooked pasta to the finished sauce, mix them well, keep on medium heat for another minute, so that the food warms up, remove from the stove and let it rest 3 minutes. After that, we lay out the fettuccine with salmon in portions on plates and immediately serve it on the table.
