Cooking fettuccine with salmon in a creamy sauce:
Step 1: prepare the salmon.
This dish is perfect for a family dinner! It cooks quickly, it turns out tasty, healthy, and in appearance it’s simply magnificent! So, first of all, bring to a boil over high heat a full kettle of ordinary running water. Meanwhile, we wash the peeled salmon fillet, dry it with paper kitchen towels, cut into small cubes the size of a cutting board from 2 to 2.5 centimeters and send them to a shallow dish.
Step 2: prepare the vegetables.
Next, using a new knife, peel the onions and garlic and rinse them with tomatoes under trickles of cold water. Then we dry the vegetables, put them on a clean board in turn and continue the preparation. Chop the onions in medium cubes 1 centimeter in size, and let the garlic pass through a press or chop finely.
On a tomato, make a small cross-shaped incision from the side of the stem, lower it into a deep bowl and pour boiling water from the kettle. After 30-40 seconds with the help of a slotted spoon we transfer it to the dishes with ice water and completely cool. Then we remove the skin from its surface, divide the fruit into 2 equal halves, and remove the seeds with juice from them with a teaspoon.
Cut the flesh into small pieces up to 1 centimeter in size, although it can be larger or smaller, as you like.
Step 3: prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Then we put on a strong fire a pan with three liters of purified water, grind a piece of Parmesan cheese on a fine grater, put the remaining ingredients on the countertop, which will be needed to prepare the dish, and proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Cooking Fettuccine Pasta
After the water in the pan begins to boil violently, season it with salt, a tablespoon of olive oil and lower the pasta there. Cook it after boiling the liquid again 10-13 minutesstirring occasionally with a wooden kitchen spatula.
Then we discard the pasta in a colander and leave it in the sink before use, so that the glass is excess water.
Step 5: prepare the salmon in a creamy sauce.
Together with the preparation of fettuccine, we make the sauce. We put on a neighboring burner a deep, preferably non-stick pan and pour a few tablespoons of olive oil into it. 2-3 minutes laterWhen the fat warms up, carefully throw the chopped onion with garlic into it and fry the vegetables for one minute, constantly stirring with a clean kitchen spatula.
Then we add to them slices of salmon, tomato slices, to taste salt, black ground pepper, fresh or dried thyme and simmer together for 4-5 minutes. Then pour the cream into the pan, mix everything very carefully, cook more 5 minutes and season the fragrant miracle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 6: bring the dish to full readiness.
Now we send the cooked pasta to the finished sauce, mix them well, keep on medium heat for another minute, so that the food warms up, remove from the stove and let it rest 3 minutes. After that, we lay out the fettuccine with salmon in portions on plates and immediately serve it on the table.
Step 7: serve the fettuccine with salmon in a creamy sauce.
Fettuccine with salmon in a creamy sauce is served hot as a second main course. This yummy is served in portions on plates, optionally supplementing each with a small amount of crushed Parmesan cheese or fresh finely chopped green basil, parsley, cilantro. Enjoy it!
