Ingredients for Canned Squid Salad

  4. Fresh parsley 30 grams

Cooking canned squid salad:

Step 1: prepare the chicken eggs.


We lay the eggs in a small pan and fill with ordinary cold water so that it completely covers the components. We put the container on a large fire and bring to a boil. Immediately after that we fasten the burner and cook hard-boiled eggs for 10 minutes. After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and use the kitchen tacking pot to rearrange the pan into the sink under a stream of cold water.

As soon as the components have cooled, we clear their shells with clean hands and put them on a cutting board. Using a knife, grind the eggs into cubes and pour them into a clean plate.

Step 2: prepare canned squid.


Using a can opener, open the squid jar and carefully drain the liquid in which they were stored into the sink. Now put the seafood on a cutting board and chop the knife with a thin straw. Pour crushed squids into a free plate.

Step 3: prepare the green onions.


We wash the green onions under running water, shake off excess liquid and put on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and pour immediately into a clean plate.

Step 4: prepare the parsley.


We rinse the parsley under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, chop the greens and pour it into a free plate.

Step 5: prepare a salad of canned squid.


In a medium bowl we spread ingredients such as crushed eggs, squid, finely chopped parsley and green onions, as well as canned peas, which must be drained in advance from the liquid in which it was stored. Add salt, black pepper and mayonnaise here. Now, using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Everything, the salad is ready!

Step 6: serve canned squid salad.


Using a tablespoon, we transfer the prepared salad from canned squid from a bowl to a salad bowl or a special plate and serve it with the sliced ​​bread to the dinner table. In fact, this is a very satisfying dish, so you can treat them to households and friends as the main meal.

Recipe Tips:

- in addition to the ingredients indicated in the recipe, chopped boiled potatoes and grated hard cheese can also be added to the salad;

- if the salad turned out to be too thick, it can be diluted with a small amount of liquid in which canned peas were stored;
