Rinse the cereals, pour into a saucepan, add water and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Pour onto a sieve, drain and cool.
In a large bowl, mix cabbage (put a little cabbage in a cauldron to the bottom), minced meat, cereal, add salt and black pepper to taste.
Form small sausages, approximately the same size, with your hands.
Fry sausages on both sides, in vegetable oil, over medium heat. Put a little fried cabbage on the bottom in a bowl, and on top fried lazy cabbage rolls.
Crush the garlic with the back of the knife, fry in hot vegetable oil for several seconds, so that the garlic starts to flavor. Add 125 g onion, fry until transparent, add 75 g carrots, fry for a couple of minutes.
Add tomato paste, salt, ground black pepper and sugar to the passivation, mix everything. Pour half a liter of water, bring to a boil.
Pour gravy into a cauldron on lazy cabbage rolls, add water to a cauldron so much that cabbage rolls peep out.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, 10 minutes until cooked, try salt, add salt if necessary.
Hot lazy cabbage rolls serve to the table.
