Ingredients for cooking pickled cabbage per day
- White cabbage 2.5 kg.
- Carrot 700 g
- Garlic 4 cloves.
- Vegetable oil 100 ml.
- Vinegar 9% 100 ml.
- Water 1 liter.
- Peppercorns 12 pcs.
- Salt 70 g.
- Sugar 100 g.
- Clove 5 pcs.
- Bay leaf 4 pcs.
- Main Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrot, Garlic
Cooking pickled cabbage per day:
Grate the carrots.
Chop the garlic into strips.
Mix vegetables, do not crush.
Boil water, pour vinegar, oil, add salt, sugar, bay leaf, peppercorns, cloves. Allow to cool slightly.
Tamp the cabbage into the pan (everything went into my 5-liter pan).
Pour marinade, put a plate on top and oppress. Let it brew for 10 hours at room temperature.
If you wish, transfer the cabbage along with the marinade into a 3-liter jar, as it all went there.
Insist cabbage in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
