Ingredients for Cooking Pickled Peppers with Spices
- Salad pepper 2 kg.
- Vegetable oil 65 ml.
- Apple cider vinegar 65 ml.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- 4 tooth garlic.
- Hot pepper 1 pod.
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Oregano 2 tsp
- Garlic in granules 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika 1 tsp.
- Coriander 0.5 tsp

Cooking pickled peppers with spices:
Wash pepper, dry, put on parchment. Bake at t-220 degrees with a convector, 30 minutes. If there is no convector, then to brown barrels.

Cover with cling film, let stand for 20 minutes.
