Vegetable salad with cheese balls

Ingredients for making vegetable salad with cheese balls.


  1. Iceberg salad ½ forks.

Cooking a vegetable salad with cheese balls:

Peel the cucumber, cut into thin strips, salt, leave for 15 minutes. If necessary, squeeze out excess moisture.

Cut the tomato into slices, put in a bowl.

Cut the salad into large pieces and send to a bowl.

Cut the onion into rings and send to a bowl.

Tear off all leaves from parsley branches and chop with a knife, also send to a bowl.

Pour the squeezed cucumbers into another bowl, grate the feta cheese on a fine grater.

Chop dill with a knife and pour it into the cheese with cucumbers, mix.

Salt the vegetable slices and pepper to taste, mix, put in a salad bowl.
