Cooking fried pita bread in a stuffed egg:
Cooking a lezon: beat an egg with milk and a pinch of salt.
Pita bread cut into equal square parts.
We prepare slices for the filling: cut sausage, cheese, onions, peppers, tomatoes.
We prepare sauces: Cut a pickled cucumber into a small cube and mix with Amber Cheese. Mix mayonnaise with mustard. And the third option I have ready-made sauce, purchased "Paprik".
Grease pita bread with sauce, put sausage, pepper, onion, tomato, parsley, cheese and wrap the edges in an envelope. Seam down.
Dip in the ice cream and fry in vegetable oil, over medium heat, on both sides. Spread first in the pan with the seam down.
Put the fried pita bread on a paper towel, then transfer it not tightly to the dish. Serve pita bread warm.
