In the same container we add tomato paste and sour cream. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Everything, the sauce is ready!

Step 9: prepare hedgehogs from minced meat with rice.


In a medium bowl with minced meat, spread the washed rice, chopped carrots with onions, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Now we wet our clean hands under running water so that the forcemeat does not stick to them, and begin to form meatballs. We collect a little mixture and give it the shape of a ball. In size, it should be no more than a chicken egg.

We spread the “hedgehog” on a flat surface, for example, a cutting board, and continue to form balls from the remaining mincemeat.

When everything is ready, pour half the sauce into a deep baking dish. Then put the meatballs here and fill them with the remaining dressing. Attention: the sauce should practically cover the balls. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to a temperature 180 ° C. Immediately after that we cover the container with food foil, put it on a medium level and bake the dish for 50 minutes. During this time, "hedgehogs" should brown and absorb part of the sauce. As soon as this happens, we take out the form with the help of kitchen oven gloves from the oven, remove the foil and turn off the burner. Before serving the meatballs in the sauce, let them stand for a while and cool.

Step 10: serve the hedgehogs from the minced meat with rice.


Using a tablespoon, spread the “hedgehogs” on a special plate, be sure to forget to pour the remaining sauce and hurry to treat friends and family with such a delicious dish along with fried potatoes, any kind of porridge, as well as a salad of fresh vegetables.
