Ingredients for the preparation of fragrant garlic pampushki

  1. Flour 600 g. + For cutting dough.
  2. Ghee 30 g
  3. Milk 350 ml.
  4. Sugar 20 g.
  5. Salt 6 g.
  6. Dry yeast 4 g.
  7. Egg + water to grease the pampushki to taste
  8. Garlic 30 g
  9. Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l
  10. Water 2 tbsp. l
  11. Salt 1 chips.

Cooking fragrant garlic pampushki:

In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar. Add butter and milk, mix well. Sift a little flour on the table, pour out the dough and knead a smooth, not thick dough. Put in a bowl with a towel, let it stand in a warm place for 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 24 equal parts, weighing approximately 40 grams. Slices of dough into balls in hands. Put balls in a greased, heat-resistant form. Let the dumplings come up for about 40 minutes in a warm place.

Beat the egg with a fork with 1 tbsp. l water and grease them with donuts.

Bake dumplings in a preheated oven to 180 gr. 40 minutes until browned.

Mix in a bowl sunflower oil, water, garlic, passed through a press.

Lubricate the hot pampushki with dressing, let cool.

Serve donuts for borsch with bacon and onions.
